This Shipping & Return Policy explains how WOODIXA (“Woodixa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) processes orders, delivers products, and handles returns or refunds for purchases made through www.woodixa.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping coverage
Woodixa currently ships plywood-based products and interior solutions across Pakistan. Delivery availability may vary depending on product size, weight, customization level, and destination. Certain oversized or custom-made items may be limited to selected cities or regions.
2. Order processing time
- Standard products are typically processed within 3–7 working days after order confirmation and payment verification.
- Custom or made-to-order products require additional manufacturing time; estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery timelines
Delivery times depend on your location, courier availability, and product type:
- Major cities: approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Remote or non-serviceable areas: may require additional time
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product dimensions, weight, destination, and handling requirements. For large or bulk orders, shipping costs may be quoted separately. Any applicable taxes or duties are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
5. Delivery method and inspection
Orders are delivered via third-party courier or freight partners. You (or an authorized recipient) must be present to receive and inspect the shipment at delivery. Please check packaging and products carefully before accepting delivery.
If you notice visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items, note it on the delivery receipt (if available) and notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
6. Risk of loss
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided address. Woodixa is not responsible for delays or damage caused by courier partners once the order is delivered, except as required by applicable law.
7. Returns eligibility
Due to the nature of plywood and interior products:
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The wrong product or specification was delivered
- There is a manufacturing defect confirmed by Woodixa
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging where reasonably possible.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom-made, cut-to-size, or specially finished products
- Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
- Color or texture variations that are natural to wood and plywood materials
8. Return request process
To request a return, contact us at contact@woodixa.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our team will review the request and respond with next steps. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
9. Refunds
Once a return is approved and the product is inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time is typically 7–14 working days, depending on the payment provider
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect.
10. Replacements
Where applicable, Woodixa may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement timelines depend on product availability and manufacturing schedules. Shipping charges for replacements due to our error will be covered by Woodixa.
11. Order cancellation
- Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.
Any approved cancellation may be subject to processing or handling deductions.
12. Failed or refused deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, re-delivery or return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
13. Force majeure
Woodixa is not liable for delays or failures in shipping caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government actions, or unforeseen supply chain issues.
14. Changes to this policy
Woodixa reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the website with a revised effective date.
