Welcome to www.woodixa.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “Customer”) and WOODIXA (“Woodixa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of our Site, products and services. By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to all purchases, enquiries, and interactions made through the Site or with Woodixa’s online sales channels in Pakistan. Additional policies — including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, and any product-specific terms — form part of these Terms by reference. Where there is a conflict, specific product terms prevail.

2. Definitions

“Products” means plywood-based interior products, fittings, designs, and related goods offered for sale on the Site.
“Services” means ordering, delivery, customer support, warranty administration and other services Woodixa provides through the Site.
“Order” means your request to purchase Products placed via the Site and accepted by Woodixa.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to form a binding contract in Pakistan. By creating an account you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment methods you provide. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Placing Orders and Acceptance

All Orders are subject to acceptance by Woodixa. An Order confirmation sent by email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the Product or expressly confirm acceptance in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, suspected fraud, or inability to obtain authorization for payment.

5. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

Prices shown on the Site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and exclude taxes or duties unless stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties or charges imposed by law. Payments are processed via authorized third-party payment gateways; Woodixa does not store full card numbers. Refunds and chargebacks are governed by our Refund Policy and the rules of the payment processor.

6. Product Information & Availability

We endeavor to describe Products accurately using photos, dimensions and specifications. Product colors or finishes may vary from screen representations. All product availability and lead times shown on the Site are estimates and subject to change. If a Product is unavailable after you place an Order we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping and delivery terms (fees, carriers, estimated delivery times) are set out on the Site. Title and risk of loss pass to you in accordance with the chosen delivery terms described at checkout. You must inspect delivered items immediately and notify us of any damage, shortage or discrepancy within the timeframe specified in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

8. Cancellation, Returns & Warranties

Cancellation rights, return procedures and warranty coverage vary by Product. Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy and product warranty statements for details. Where applicable, warranties are limited to manufacturing defects and do not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications performed by third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, renders, logos, designs and code — is the intellectual property of Woodixa or licensed to Woodixa. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written permission.

10. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You must use the Site lawfully and not: (a) attempt to access restricted areas; (b) upload harmful code or content; (c) impersonate another person; (d) interfere with the Site’s operation; or (e) use the Site for fraudulent or illegal purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

11. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Woodixa a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt and publish the content in connection with our business. You represent and warrant that you own or are authorized to post such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

12. Third-party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party sites or integrate third-party tools (payment gateways, logistics partners, social feeds). We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices or performance. Use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you consent to the processing and cross-border transfer of your data as set out in that policy. We follow industry practices to protect data and comply with applicable Pakistani electronic and consumer protection laws.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woodixa and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including lost profits) arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from a breach of these Terms or the supply of Products will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Order giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Woodixa and its officers, employees and agents harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or any User Content you submit.

16. Force Majeure

Woodixa is not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, pandemics, governmental action, transport failures or supply shortages.

17. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or if required by law. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms should, in the first instance, be raised with us at the contact details below so we can attempt an amicable resolution. If a dispute is not resolved, you and Woodixa agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. This approach is consistent with Pakistan’s evolving e-commerce and consumer protection framework.

19. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date and — where appropriate — notified to registered users. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Consumer Rights and Compliance

Woodixa strives to comply with applicable Pakistani consumer protection and electronic transaction laws, including obligations to display accurate product information, transparent pricing and accessible complaint channels. If you are a consumer and local law provides non-excludable rights, those rights are not affected by these Terms.
